How do I place my order?

When you initially contact us regarding your signage or graphics project, our team of professionals will assess your needs by asking a variety of questions including where your sign will be located, who it is targeting and what it needs to communicate. From there we will offer a quote, followed by a proof.

Alternatively, if you wish to submit a file which has been previously designed, we accept all forms of submittal, including via the UPLOAD A FILE section of our website. Although we will endeavour to minimize any potential errors on these jobs, we regret that Speedpro is not responsible for the content or design of these projects.

What is your typical turnaroud time?

A

Typical turnaround time on a standard project is 24-48 hours. Projects of higher quantity or are more labor intensive require an estimated time of completion from Speedpro.

What`s the typical turnaround time for a project to be completed?

A

All projects are completed on a first come first serve basis unless otherwise arranged, and will typically be finished within 48 hours. However, depending on the scale of the project, completion time could be extended. Once we know the details of your project, we will be able to better inform you of how long it will take to complete. Orders required to be completed in under 48 hours may be subject to a rush fee.

Will I see a proof of my signage project before it moves into the production phase?

A

Yes. It is Speedpro’s policy that we have all of our customers sign off on a final proof prior to production. These proofs will be as detailed as possible and we welcome your feedback if they don’t meet up to your expectations in any way. We want you to be 100% happy with your final product!
